We guarantee the tenants that we place for 12 months. If for any reason the tenant defaults in the first year we will release the unit at no additional leasing fee to the Owner. We certify that you will NEVER have to pay two leasing fees in the same 12-month period.
Hassle Free Management
We want to earn and keep your business each day. At any time if you are not satisfied with our services you can cancel your management agreement with 30 days written notice. All we ask you first tell us why you are not happy and give us a chance to make things right.
Eviction Guarantee
We are so confident in our tenant screening process, that we will cover the eviction expense for the first year for any new tenant we place and manage.
Pet Guarantee
To protect your home from pet damage, we screen each pet and guarantee if the pet does any damage beyond the tenants’ security deposit we will provide up to $2000 of work from our maintenance department to repair damages.
Statement Guarantee
We guarantee you will receive your monthly statement on time every month or that month’s management fee is free.
Communication Guarantee
Our goal is to always return emails and calls the same day we receive them. However sometimes it doesn’t happen. We guarantee we will get back to you within the next business day or your management fee is free!
60 Day Guarantee
We understand that trust is not built overnight. Because we are so confident in the quality of service we provide, we are offering you our 60 Day Guarantee. If on or before your 60th day with our company if you are not completely satisfied with our services we will cancel your contract without penalty and give you up to $500 back in management fees.
